How to Shop at Our Online Store

Shopping online with us is a lot like shopping at a retail store, you browse our catalog of Spiders for the ones you'd like, put them in your shopping basket, and complete your purchase at the check-out area. The only difference is, we're open 24 hours a day - seven days a week,...and you don't have to comb your hair and put on shoes leaving the comfort of your home to shop!

So read on and find out how you can enjoy the shopping experience with My Online Store.

Step 1. Make Your Product Selections

The first thing to do is browse our shop for the Spiders you'd like.  As you browse you'll see 'Add to Cart/Buy' link.  Once you've found the Spiders  you'd like, simply add it to your online shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to Cart/Buy' link.

Just like in a retail store, the shopping basket is a holding place for your Spiders until you are ready to adopt them.  You can view which Spiders are in your basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link on your shopping page.  And, just like a retail store, you can always remove Spiders from your basket and put them back.

Step 2.Proceed to the Check Out

Once you've decided upon your Spiders and checked your basket, you proceed to the Ordering Stage by clicking "Check Out".  At this point you must decide whether you want to register with us or just place your order without registration.  Registration means that you don't need to complete your details again when you adopt a spider in the future.  I do not share your registration info with any one else.  This is only useful for me to let you know that I have created new spiders or a of sale that may be coming up. 

This action takes you to page where we need some extra details to complete the order. You enter your personal information, your name and address so we know where to send your new spider.

Step 3.Submit your Order

At this point you must decide upon the payment method. You can pay online by entering your credit card information.

Alternatively you can print out the form and fax it to us, or you can submit the form without credit card details and call us later with this information.  If you use this method I will place a hold on the spider you have chosen for 24 hours. 

We appreciate that ordering online the first time can be a little confusing so if you have any problems or are unsure of any aspects of the ordering process please feel free to contact us via phone or e-mail and we will help you out.

Currently I use the US Postal Service Flat Rate box shipping.

Wondering when your order will arrive? Need to change something about an order you've placed? You can review and revise your order so that it's just the way you want it by visiting Your Account.

If you were unable to find your answer using our Web site's self-service features, contact me via e-mail or call my office.  We'll be happy to assist you. Please note:

For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the e-mail address that is associated with your account or order.  We can only read and respond to messages in English.

Not Receiving Replies?

If you have used our forms to contact us in the past but have not received a reply, your ISP or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from BeadSpiders.com. If you suspect this is happening, please consult the help section of your e-mail program to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block mail. Once you've established that you should be able to receive mail from us, please contact us again with your question.
