Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions.

All orders are subject to merchandise availability. All orders are filled on a "first come-first served" basis. I can not guarantee your item will be available for shipment. If an item you ordered is not available, I will offer you the option of a similar product or making you a similar item. No items will be back ordered.

Special Note about Close Out Items
All items listed as "close outs" are sold as a final sale without the ability to return or exchange them for any reason. Please consider this before purchasing these items.

International Orders
Please note the following on all orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:
  1.  It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
  2.  Logo products are not able to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
  3.  All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered. 
  4.  We are only able to ship to the countries you find listed (during checkout).
